Dussehra special.. RTC earns ₹110 crore
Telangana RTC has been informed that a revenue of ₹110 crore has been collected in the wake of Dussehra. It was decided to run 7,754 special buses, but only 5,300 buses were run due to lack of passengers. Last year, 6,300 special buses were run, but a revenue of ₹114 crore was generated. This time, it was explained that the revenue has decreased due to a decrease in the number of people going to their hometowns and resorting to private vehicles. However, there is a chance of increased congestion in buses today and tomorrow.
